Winklevoss The demand comes from the assertion of the Winklevoss’ that Facebook co-founder and Mark Zuckerberg, stole the idea for the social networking site. Zuckerberg and Facebook denies the allegations, but reached an agreement in 2008. Since then, the twins Winklevoss have tried to achieve high resolution by stating that Facebook is guilty of fraud
