On December 16 2010 I attended the ANZ West Australian Sport Star of the Year Awards Night as a nominee for the Junior Sport Star of the Year division. Following this in January I had the Equestrian Western Australia awards night where I received the Sheila Cooke Award (for the event rider showing the dedication and ability to make it to the top), runner up Junior Sport Star of the Year and was the joint winner of the Des Robinson Memorial trophy (junior event rider of the year).
