Pineapple Film Character The film then jumps to the present, and shows a character Dale Denton played by Seth Rogen, a 25-year-old delivers a drug to Ted Jones, played by Gary Cole, and his girlfriend and partner Carol Brazier who is represented by Rosie Perez and sees them committing a murder. He panics and leaves the scene after picking up a strain of marijauna known as Pineapple Express.
