Arial Vermicelli kheer can be made for any occasion, especially during the festival. Semiya Payasam made with semolina noodles, milk, sugar and dried fruit. It is very delicious and take less time cooking. Take a large saucepan and add milk and boil. Mix the milk for 10 minutes to reduce the volume now add the sugar. Mix the sugar evenly.
