Texas Department of Transportation is urging drivers to Houston to avoid large structures such as bridges and overpasses as it may be ice and dangerous. TxDOT workers are out there trying to minimize problems. From a press release this morning, crews District of Houston, and others across the state work as expected as conditions deteriorate before the morning rush hour.
