Auburn Tree Poisoning A spokeswoman for the Bureau County Sheriff Lee Harvey said Almorn Updyke Jr. was arrested early Thursday morning and charged with one count of first degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $ 50,000. If convicted, could face a 10-year Updyke prison.
