Cyclone Jal As expected in this blog for nearly 10 days, Hurricane Jal took shape in the Gulf. The landing zone is the great Chennai question.BBC think not get rain at all. Other models like the GFS, and WU forecast rain Foreca decent. JTWC will follow up tonight.
